Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship worldwide!

Shipping rates are fixed one and cost 5€ worldwide.

All items are shipped via Austrian Post within 2-3 business days if the item is already made and does not require any modifications. For some items, please allow 5-7 days to be made and then shipped. In case we need more days to design and make we will promptly notify you via email.

Once your order is processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking code information.

EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Your happiness is our priority. If you are not extremely satisfied for any reason, we gladly accept returns (within 30 days) of unworn or defective items that happened during delivery. Returned merchandise should include the original packaging and be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. In the event your package is damaged during shipping, let us know right away so we can file a claim with the carrier. We will either ship you a replacement (if possible due to the uniqueness of the item) or issue a refund (within 14 days) after the claim is granted. You are liable for all shipping costs involved in a return.

If you would like to pay via bank transfer please contact us at maninajewelry@gmail.com and we will send you our banking details. Please allow 2-3 business days for international order verification to be completed.
